These Terms of Service govern your use of products and services provided by IncreoScale ("we", "us", or "our").

Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscription Terms

• Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled
• You will be charged the then-current subscription fee at each renewal
• Payments are processed securely through Polar.sh
• License keys are non-transferable
• We reserve the right to revoke licenses in cases of misuse

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the billing period after the 14-day refund window

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund of the subscription amount within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact support@increoscale.com.

Note on taxes: Refunds are processed through our payment processor (Polar.sh), which currently does not support refunding the tax portion of payments. Therefore, refunds will be issued for the subscription amount excluding any applicable taxes. We apologize for this limitation.

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at support@increoscale.com of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to what has been provided until you communicated your withdrawal.

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering or decompiling our software
• Using our services for illegal activities
• Exploiting vulnerabilities
• Sharing or reselling license keys

Disclaimer

• Our services are provided "as is"
• We are not liable for damages arising from use of our services
• Third-party services (YouTube, etc.) may change and affect functionality

Changes to Service

We may modify or discontinue our services at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
